Heart of Connection Podcast
This week my conversation with a good long time friend of many years ago the one and only Eddie Teijerio. Eddie has always been a beautiful person and would never hurt a fly. We had a wonderful conversation and loads of laughter about Eddie’s views and experiences of the Heart of Connection. Eddie’s longtime practice of meditation was the pinnacle of connecting to firstly himself. The heart to him is that of spirituality. The process to this spirituality is most definitely for Eddie is meditation. This would be his take-home message for connecting to the heart. Thank you, Eddie and blessings.
