Well-Being in Mind, Body, Heart and Soul

Explanation of our well-being from all realms Mind, Body, Heart and Soul

Well-being is an essential key for our mind, body, heart and soul. The body is the temple to our soul and what impact is our well-being having on it? Empowered change works at all four realms of our psyche Mind, Body, Heart and Soul. Committing to change is the first step, it’s the start. You have started before and I hear you saying, “it always ends in my not following through.” Empowered change focuses on all realms of our being. We all want to change an aspect of ourselves however this change in isolation may not last the distance.

Empowered change works to enable you to connect to your deeper “why.” The following quote from the Upanishad identifies for me the depth of where my change comes from;

“You are what your deep, driving desire is.
As your desire is, so is your will.
As your will is, so is your deed.
As your deed is, so is your destiny” (Source: Brihadaranyaka Upanishad IV.4.5)

When we try to make change(s) in isolation to our whole lifestyle we can easily slip back. By connecting to and hearing our deepest destiny – it becomes our self belief! This deepest destiny is spirit/soul from our hearts. As we open our hearts to change there is a different energy available to us. This is energy of loving kindness. It holds a stronger compassion for ourselves in the journey of change. It allows us to show up in a more loving and caring way reshaping and re-framing our old attitudes when old patterns re-emerge.

To create energy and flow in your life we do need to engage and actively participate in the change – we have to show up. This isn’t like ‘The Secret’ where you think good things and they automatically happen. You can’t transform your life without taking action. Part of that action can be our sessions or workshops.

Albert Einstein is broadly credited with the quote; “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”
